What does the role involve?
In a timely and efficient manner, perform duties required to maintain a quality service outlet for the repair of Hilti equipment including inbound and outbound tasks.
Maximize productivity within Repair Operations while delivering high quality, timely repairs of Hilti tools and enhancing the value-added image associated with owning a Hilti tool
Contribute to the Company’s financial success through COGS control, process improvement, and cost containment throughout the repair process
Provide best-in-class tool repair service in support of Hilti’s Lifetime Service value proposition

What you need is:
- Minimum 1 year experience in tools repair doing inbound and outbound task
- Proficient in MS systems
- Effective communication skills
- Technically savvy
- Physically fit (can lift 30 kgs. tool)
- Knowledgeable in SAP
- Graduate of any related field
